Where we ship

Softwarning currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Made to order

Softwarning products are printed after you place an order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. This is an estimate and may be longer during peak periods or if a product is temporarily out of stock.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated total delivery ranges are shown at checkout. For standard shipping, allow approximately 5–11 business days from order to delivery in the United States and 5–15 business days in Canada. These totals include 2–5 business days for production plus approximately 3–6 business days in transit for the United States or 3–10 business days for Canada. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These estimates are not guarantees and can vary by fulfillment location, destination, carrier, and product availability.

Orders containing two or more items qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking and separate shipments

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Items may be fulfilled at different facilities and arrive in separate packages; if that happens, you will receive tracking for each shipment.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays, weather, customs, and local delivery conditions can affect arrival times. If your order is past its estimated delivery date, check the tracking link first, then contact us at support@softwarning.store or through our contact page. Claims for packages believed to be lost must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Addresses, customs, and import charges

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer. Orders may be fulfilled from different facilities. Canadian orders can be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges; unless shown as prepaid at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
