These Terms of Service govern your use of the Softwarning online store and purchases made from us. Softwarning is the apparel brand and online store operated by Vestiforma Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production processes can cause minor differences in color or print placement. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown where applicable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Products are made to order by our fulfillment partner and may ship from a facility selected for efficient fulfillment. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Softwarning name, branding, original designs, graphics, photographs, text, and store content are owned by or licensed to Softwarning and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party services for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Softwarning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the effective date shown above and do not retroactively change orders already accepted.
